Shine Closes Convertible Note Fundraising Round

Charleston, SC (December 8th, 2017) - Physician Made Beverages LLC (PMB), the makers of ShineWater, today announced executing an undisclosed amount of funding from 2 Florida based investors and a Charleston, SC based investment bank.  This transaction will close out the Company's convertible note funding round.  Angelique French (C.O.O.) stated "Today marks a significant step forward for the Shine brand. Capital obtained from this round will enable us to expand region wide in Whole Foods Market and take advantage of other distribution opportunities in 2018.  We are excited about the future and thankful to have an all star team forming around Shine".

In November, United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI) and PMB signed an agreement for distribution of ShineWater to all Whole Foods Market South locations and other natural/organic retailers. Shine will soon be making its way to Whole foods South stores and the Company is targeting other natural grocers as well as gyms and fitness facilities for 2018.  "We see broad appeal for Shine, but are laser focused on growing the brand early in natural and organic retailers, as well as in the fitness space where our core demographic spends their time", said French.

Currently ShineWater comes in 3 flavors:  Strawberry Lemon, Kiwi Cucumber and Poma-Grape.  Each bottle contains 1000 IUs of Vitamin D along with key Electrolytes and plant based Antioxidants.  Shine has No Added Sugar and Only 20 Calories per bottle.
